Mike is awesome! I highly recommend him. I have been training with Mike for about a year now, and I not only feel very good and in shape, but I’m also not bored with the workouts. The best thing about the training is that it isn’t “30 minutes and done”.
Mike is really good about giving you specific workouts to target different areas of your body, and continues to refresh them as your body gets used to them. The biggest struggle I had with a previous trainer was that although the training sessions were good, I struggled to keep it up on my own.
Mike also had great software to help keep your diet in line, and is very helpful. Plus, training is really fun, challenging, and different every time. If you want to get in shape for the summer, or just to maintain and tone, the workouts are great.
