I was a runner and aerobics class devotee for several years when a friend referred me to Mike. Mike’s tough yet encouraging approach to training was just what I needed to take my fitness to the next level. He creates challenging and varied workouts that always keep me engaged.
In addition to our weekly sessions, Mike gives me nutritional advice and workouts to complete on my own. When I began training for my second half marathon, Mike created a strength training program to help me build speed and endurance. With his help, I was able to shave 12 minutes off of my time, finishing in 1:49:49!
I am now healthier and more toned than ever and preparing to run my first full marathon in the fall.
