I began training with Mike to prepare for my upcoming wedding. In about 5 weeks I not only lost weight but I also dropped 4% body fat. Working with Mike has been awesome! He showed me how to make the most of my workouts.
We worked out about 2-3 times a week but he also gave me workout plans for the days I would be on my own. I received so many compliments on my wedding day and the weeks leading up, especially on my arms. I feel awesome!
